Sleeping well again at night after ages

I was afraid to sleep alone for many years. I booked a general coaching session with Peter and mentioned it in passing. He offered to meditate so I may be able to sleep better and not feel fear or anxiety. Since then I have been sleeping very well at night and completely alone and in the dark. Was surprised by how effective and quick it was :)
